We are delighted that you are interested in applying for enrollment at our school!

If you would like to talk with someone about Hillcrest, contact our office (218-739-3371).  We want to assist you in making the right decision about your immediate future.  Hillcrest has almost 100 years of serving young people.  Your decision is important to us.

To apply to Hillcrest, follow these important steps:

1) Download and print out the appropriate Application form. Complete as directed.
 • High School Application (pdf file)
 • Junior High Application (pdf file)

2) Download and print out the Community Life form. Complete as directed.
 • Community Life Form (pdf file)

3) Download and print out all Recommendation forms.  Ask the appropriate individual to complete the recommendation form and mail it to Hillcrest Academy.

• Guidance Director's Recommendation (pdf file)

4) Mail your completed Application form and Community Life form to:

After all of your forms are received, you will be notified of your admission status.

Financial Information

Hillcrest Lutheran Academy Finance Office is responsible for tuition payment plans, financial aid, free and reduced meals program, and other related financial information. 

We have elected to partner with TADS Tuition Management Services to handle tuition payments with completion of this agreement a requirement of enrollment.  Tuition and fees are listed on the Cost Sheet (pdf).   Please download the TADS Management Services Agreement (REQUIRED) to secure enrollment.

2008-09 Financial Assistance Applications!
Student’s needing financial assistance to attend Hillcrest, now is the time to apply!  You can either request an application from our office, or apply online at www.tuitionaid.com.  There are limited funds available, so apply early.

Free and Reduced School Lunch Program
Apply for Free and Reduced Meals - download and complete 2008-09 Free & Reduced Application Form & Instructions and bring in or mail to the Finance Office. Each household will be notified of the denial or acceptance.
