Tuesday’s warmer weather was a welcome relief to the Otter Tail Nordic Ski Team, as they traveled to Buena Vista Ski Area for the Bemidji Invitational.  The race was originally scheduled for last Saturday but was postponed due to frigid temperatures. 

For varsity skiers, the pursuit race featured a combination of five kilometers of classical skiing in the morning and five kilometers of skate skiing in the afternoon. The varsity boys all finished close together, with Ethan Taylor taking 31st; Josh Johnson, 32nd, Aeron Jahr, 33rd; and Chris Rausch, 34th.  JV boys Lars Bringeland  and Iram Rorvik raced in a 4 kilometer course, bringing home 17th and 21st place, respectively.
