"Both teams played very hard in an exciting game right to the end," noted HLA Head Coach Charlie Brue in his team's 50-39 win over Rothsay.  "We played with some aggression in the second half, which always helps."

Megan Aasness and Lydia Tostenson led the team with 12 and 14 points respectively. Emma Royce pulled-in 9 rebounds and contributed 8 points to go with Laura Tungseth's 8 point talley.

The Comets were 17 of 46 from the field and 16-of-23 in free throws. They look forward to hosting Parkers Prairie January 8 in their first game following the two-week Christmas vacation.
