Why do you teach at Hillcrest?
First thought might be as a result of life-long contact with the
school. Second option might be the result of attending/graduating from HLA
and loving my experience.Ultimately, I teach at Hillcrest because of my
love for Jesus Christ. It is my desire to obey him with my life. I teach
art and bible at HLA to share the message of hope, grace and restoration.
I see this as my role, a lay worker, in the great Commission.

Dreams & Goals
I dream about a clean art room. But then I
realize that the mess represents the fact that potter's printmakers,
photographers, painters, drafts-persons, bookmakers etc. are in the fray
playing an active role in my dream.
I work toward the dream of developing an
art department that provides a high-quality art education with a
focus on a Christian World View. I do hope to further develop the Studio's
Photo, Printmaking, Computer Graphics and Painting Potential.
