I have the opportunity to introduce students to and hopefully cultivate a love for traditional and new sacred and secular choral literature. Hopefully, in the process they will be inspired to continue in their participation in choral music at a high level.

Family

• Laurie: my wife. 1983-present. Half-time Orchestra teacher in ISD 544.
• Evan, my 16 year-old son. Sophomore at HLA. Plays cello, a little guitar & blues piano.
• Katharine, my 13 year-old daughter. 7th grader at FFMS. Plays violin, sings, plays piano and is a very good and conscientious student.
