The Ashby Arrows survived a five-set battle with Hillcrest Lutheran Academy on the Arrows home floor Tuesday night, recording a 3-2 (25-15, 23-25, 21-25, 25-9, 17-15) victory over the Comets.

“WOW! What a battle,” exclaimed Ashby Head Coach Brenda Johnson. “Ashby was a determined group of young ladies with one mission and that was to get a win on their home court.  It's always awesome when a team can steal a win on the road, but so far that was where all of Ashby's wins had been, on the road.
