Filippini Shares at Q

There are 5 quintessential elements in the Hillcrest experience. During homecoming, friends of Hillcrest gathered to celebrate how God is speaking to students in the quintessentials; academics, athletics, faith, friends, and mission through a new event called the Q Conference. Senior Hayley Filippini shared how God is using friends at Hillcrest to propel her faith in the face of cancer treatments. Watch Hayley's address to the Q Conference>>

Chapel Bolsters School

Chapel isn't a routine at Hillcrest. The discipline reminds many students of the encouragement, hope, and relentless love of Christ in the face of daily struggles. It is a cadence that sets students' steps as they march through the rigors of understanding God's world. Recently, a pastor from Substance Church in Minneapolis reminded the students of the love of God in Chapel. His use of 1 John 3 propelled conversations in many classes. Jr. High Knowledgebowl Meet
The Junior High is kicking off the knowledgebowl season with a meet on Tues at Zion Church in Fergus Falls.
40 Days for Life
Pastor Rich Iverson is presenting in Chapel Wednesday to speak on the issue of life. His presentation will kickoff Hillcrest's partnership in 40 Days for Life, a 40 Day prayer initiative to defend the right to life.
Fields of Faith
Gregg Preston is taking the athletes to Alexandria for the annual Fellowship of Christian Athletes celebration at Fields of Faith. Presentations, a time of singing, and prayer will tie schools from around the area together around Jesus Christ.
Parent Fellowship
Sunday, October 16 at 7pm parents are joining administration for the routine Parent Fellowship gatherings. There will be a time for parents to provide feedback, speak to strengths in the start of the new school year, and look to future events.
