Financial Information

Hillcrest Lutheran Academy Finance Office is responsible for tuition payment plans, financial aid, free and reduced meals program, and other related financial information. 

We have elected to partner with TADS Tuition Management Services to handle tuition payments with completion of this agreement a requirement of enrollment.  Tuition and fees are listed on the Cost Sheet (pdf).   Upon acceptance you will receive email notificiaton from TADS Management Services for completion of a payment plan - TADS Management Service Agreement.

International Student Fees

International students will have a diverse experience at Hillcrest Academy thanks in part to our International fee. Students will have, transportation to airports for Christmas and Easter vacation, several day trips to ethnic restaurants and shopping centers, and transportation to concerts, sporting events and plays.  The international fee also covers sports fees, provides primary insurance coverage for the school year, SAT prep course, transportation to four off-sight testing locations, and APexam fees.

Also included are two major trips per year. One trip is the annual music tour with either the band or choir and the other is a city trip. City trips may include Chicago, Denver, Winnipeg, or Duluth.

Home School Partnership

Hillcrest Lutheran Academy offers course work for home school student class enrollment in advanced courses difficult to teach on a home basis along with athletic and music co-curricular participation. Home School Student Cost Sheet lists the fees and specifications.

Student Lunch Program

Parents can now check family lunch account balances for student's participating in the lunch program. Click on Family Account to check current balance and detailed information on a lunch account.

eFunds for School - Hillcrest Lutheran Academy is pleased to introduce the implementation of an online payment service, beginning on August 24, called eFund for Schools. This optional, user-friendly service offers various options for parents who choose to make on-line payments for lunch and other purchases via a secure website. Free and Reduced School Lunch Program - Download the 2009-10 Free & Reduced-Price School Meals Application Form.  Send completed application to the Finance Office. Each household will be notified of the denial or acceptance.

2012-13 Financial Assistance Applications

Student's needing financial assistance to attend Hillcrest, now is the time to apply!  You can apply online at www.tuitionaid.com.  There are limited funds available, so apply early.
