The Value of a Hillcrest Education
We understand private school takes sacrifice and commitment on the part of our families. We are equally committed to providing high-quality education at a reasonable price. Financial aid/scholarships are available to all eligible students. We also offer a multi-child discount, as well as a student referral discount (see more information below).
Tuition and fees for Hillcrest Academy are listed on the Cost Sheet links. Families interested in partnering with Hillcrest through the Homeschool Agreement Option should reference the Homeschool Cost Sheet.
Hillcrest uses FACTS Family Portal to manage parent contact, academic and dormitory communication, and manage payments. You will receive guidance for financial aid and tuition management as part of the application process.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT TUITION AND FEES:
Tuition and fees for international students is $35,128 for the 2025-26 school year.
This includes:
Tuition, room and board
Primary health insurance policy
English Immersion Support (consideration and accommodation plans)
Activity fee
Book fee
Extra-curricular activity fees
Airport transportation based on Transportation Schedule
Fall Arrival
Christmas Break
Spring Break
Spring Departure
Transportation for testing (within 70 mile radius): ACT, SAT, TOEFL
Day trips during both semesters for shopping, trips to Asian markets, attending various concerts, sporting events, and plays
One major trip per year: (1) Musical Tour with choir or (2) Residence hall student trip during spring break

Financial Assistance Application
We encourage domestic families to apply for financial aid through FACTS using the link below. Families are eligible for financial aid with full-time PreK-12th grade students. Financial Aid is awarded in June for the upcoming school year.

Student Lunch Program
Parents can check their family lunch account balances through FACTS. Contact the Finance Office at ap@ffhillcrest.org or 218-737-6404 if you have questions.

Student Referral Program
Hillcrest’s Student Referral Program is designed to provide incentive to current families to refer Hillcrest to others. Upon enrollment of the applicant, the current student is eligible for the referral discount.
