Students in grades 5-11 are required to read two books over the summer. For specific questions, please contact the course instructor.
Important NOTE: The due date for summer reading has moved to the first week of classes.

Uniforms are required for all Hillcrest Preschool-10th Graders. We partner with Lands’ End as our primary vendor to provide high-quality, durable, stylish clothing for your students. You may choose from polo shirts, t-shirts, pants, shorts, skirts and dresses, as well as more casual options of sweatshirts and fleece jackets.

Our Comet Kids After School Program is for Hillcrest students ages PreK-5th Grade. The program runs from 3:00-6:00pm on school days at our Lower School Campus. Extra enrichment activities are planned daily, as well as time for homework, reading, and outside play.

Parent-Teacher Conferences are held two times a year at the Lower School, typically November & March. The Lower School Campus office handles all scheduling for Parent-Teacher Conferences. Notifications of conferences will be sent home in your student’s Friday Folder, as well as email. Please contact the Lower School Campus office to schedule a conference time.

Throughout the school year, the Lower School Parent-Teacher Fellowship organizes fundraising efforts to support field trips, special events, and classroom needs.
Typical fundraisers include the World’s Finest Chocolate fundraiser in the fall and the Fruit fundraiser in the winter. Information about these opportunities will be sent home in your students Friday folder.
